  • AIO Inagural Night at the Nuyorican Poet's Cafe February 4, 2010

There is no better venue in NYC than the Nuyorican Poet's Cafe. The history and legacy of the space is inspiring. The Cafe's purpose is to provide a venue for groups or individuals that are traditionally underrepresented in the mainstream media and culture, and they've welcomed amazing artists and performers from all over the world. It was really an honor to have everyone at Nuyorican Poet's Cafe welcome us as well.

We began our new monthly series in February with three amazing individuals who brought their individual artistic expression for us all to enjoy.

Rajnish Jaiswal, a comedian, emergency room physician and a past guest from Didi Says... Let's Talk! led us through the evening. Raj's sense of humor and his professional background never ceases to crack me up!
