I’m hoping and expecting that by creating this secure, comfortable, fun site I can be a conduit to you finding a person with whom you can share a life filled with love and laughter. Is anything better than that?

The personality test helps you start the process of looking within. That’s where all great journeys begin. We'll use this test to help match-make.
MYdidi page
You are so much more than your job, your height and your education. Show the world. Make this your page in every way possible.
- Add a fun, well lit photo of yourself.
- Add your favorite song (with the url link so we can all enjoy), your favorite video, favorite blog or website.
- NYdidi will add a blurb about you based on the test.
- NYdidi will add your age, and other public info. We use cool icons to display this info. You can see a chart of them in the FAQ area.
- Ask your family and friends to write in about you — there is a section just for them. We'll give them access to browse profiles for you. They can add people to your short list. And if you like someone, you can move them to your Lucky 7 area.
- Pick a photo frame for your profile photo.
- Add three interesting facts about yourself based on the questions we give you.

At the bottom of your MYdidi page you’ll have photos of 7 possible matches (the Lucky 7).

NYdidi will take away the ones you no longer want to consider and refresh your Lucky 7 area. We'll even send you an email update to let you know you have new matches in the Lucky 7 area. - Correspond. Write an email to the ones you want to know better. You should know that your email remains confidential unless you write to someone.

Aren’t flashing ads annoying? NYdidi.com won’t annoy you. No ad to cover up your profiles, make you feel cheap. This is your space and I want it to feel nurturing. We have a special area (Services at top) for information about people that you want to contact. Go there if you want. For example, Want astrology? Want backgrounds checks? What help planning a wedding?

I’m didi. And I'm rooting for you.
I am the eldest cousin of 32. I was the first child in both sides of the family and didi is a word that I consider my own.
Speaking to my cousins, who were living away from home, working for multi-nationals, ready to marry but not sure...
The parents want to help but they're not sure...the classified ads I saw, were honestly, a bit demeaning.
We are so much more than our salary, height and complexion. And I saw the discomfort that the new transient life was bringing.
I am treating you all like my younger cousin, who I want to guide in this process. I want to be your didi. (By the way, that's my wedding photo on the right)
Let's do this in a new way. A better way. Finding a marriage partner is perhaps, I would say, the most important decision you will make.

Who we are:
We’re just a bunch of girls (and one guy) who love working together! Our only hope is that you adore this site as much as we do.
- Shailly - Head Honcho. She’s the didi in NYDidi. She lives in New York with her husband and two awesome kids, and has been happily married for 20 years. She’s a bit bossy but always means well. We like to call her “sweetie”. She’s the eldest of 32 cousins, and believe us - she is the DIDI.
- Mackenzie - Site Development. She does everything that needs to get done and boy, does she do it well.
- Aditi - PR and community outreach specialist. She knows how to get the word out about didi! (Currently on a leave)
- Vivien - Web designer. Trust us, she’s a one woman dynamo.
- Marius - The MAN, did the programming with style and a smile.
